Here are some criteria you should use in screening applicants, including team leaders:

1.  Has made a commitment to follow Jesus.
2.  Has an active devotional life.
3.  Regularly attends and supports youth ministry events in their home church.		 4.  Is an active leader in their student ministry.
5.  Has a positive witness / testimony outside of church.
6.  Expresses a willingness to share their faith with their peers.
